The First Hacker

Bio:

The Hacker is a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. During his past he was considered a social outcast among his time at Time Lord Academy. Later in his life long before the Last Great Time War, he used the Chameleon Arch to become human because he didn't feel that he belong with the other Time Lords. 

As a human he was named Benjamin Harmon, A Systems Analyst in Auckland, New Zealand. He is described like his Time Lord counterpart as geeky, creative, and talkative.

When a group of Cybermen starting to upgrade the population of Auckland, 18 year old Astronomy student Jason Edwards noticed that the fob watch that Benjamin (whose his neighbour) owns looks exactly similar to the watch that is on the cover on the novel A Journal of Impossible Things. Jason persuade Ben into opening the Fob Watch to become a Time Lord again.

Back as The Outcast, he used his laptop and connected with his TARDIS (disguised as a Coca-Cola Vending Machine) to create a signal to disable the Cybermen's processing unit, he also required his newly built Sonic Flash-Drive to amplify the signal to affect the whole of Auckland.

With the Cybermen defeated, The Hacker had not much to give to Jason but to travel time and space because Jason is keen about space and also shares the fact that they have trouble fitting in,  the duo learned that the if they can't fit in they might as well stand out.

Years after Jason left him to pursuit his relationship and his job as a Astrophysicist. The Hacker than traveled alone once again until his TARDIS forcefully landed on Gallifrey. When he exited his TARDIS, he was seriously injured from a explosion from a Dalek implying that this is the early days of the Time War. In this state of himself physically and then mentally when witness the death of a Time Lady he liked, this made him unwillingly started his regeneration process and continued to trigger by his anger.
